Case study

In 2016 Nottingham Castle Trust secured NLHF support for a £30m investment to transform Nottingham Castle in to a world class visitor destination combining the legend of Robin Hood with the Castle’s place in history as a centre for power, protest and rebellion throughout the centuries.

The Interim CEO of the Trust asked John to model alternative scenarios for operating the Castle with differing visitor volumes and staff structures and the outsourcing of support services. John provided a dynamic template to test scenarios, provided alternative organisation structures and identified potential partners for outsourcing services.
